What could be nicer than to cruise over to
nearby Daufuskie Island on the Capt Eulice (from centrally

ride back? If that appeals to you, consider visiting the
Old Daufuskie Crab Co. When you get there, step off the

"Lowcountry Rustic" Old Daufuskie Crab Co. features
what they proudly proclaim to be "the best view on
Daufuskie!" Patrons may dine inside or outdoors. Consider
their seafood buffet Wednesday and Thursday nights
(starting April 1) for $30, or the combination of the buffet

Original Pancake House
Bridge Center - on the south side of Highway 278 at the Mainland. Bluffton
Cuisine: Breakfast
Meals Served: B,L
If you enjoy pancakes in their many forms, as most people do, finding a source of really outstanding ones always is a pleasure. The Original Pancake House was founded in 1953, and subsequently added locations in many areas of the country. Pancakes, waffles, and crepes are made "using only 93 score butter, pure whipping cream, fresh Grade AA eggs, hardwheat unbleached flour and their own sourdough yeast." Everything is prepared the old-fashioned way, with lots of by-hand preparation even when machines would be quicker.
